What to expect in your initial appointment...

Initial 60 minute appointments include time to discuss your reasons

for treatment and a range of motion assessment of your physical

concerns. Treatment can consist of various manual techniques

including massage, assisted stretching and isometrics, and cupping.

Your treatment will also include ongoing mobility exercises and/or

self care recommendations so you can continue progressing at home.

Your treatment will vary based on what your goals are. Massage

therapy can serve as an effective way to reduce, mitigate and

eliminate pain, improve joint mobility, lymphatic flow, and reduce
