SAMANTHA MACQUARRIE

RMT, FRCms.

Sam is a Registered Massage Therapist and the owner of MoveWell Belleville. Her practice has evolved significantly since she graduated Algonqin College in 2014, and is shaped by years of hands-on experience, continued learning, and a deep commitment to listening.

Early in her career, Sam focused heavily on movement, rehabilitation, and injury prevention, believing that knowledge and technique alone were the solution. While this foundation remains an important part of her work, time and experience broadened her perspective. She came to understand that people are not problems to be fixed, but complex, resilient individuals often carrying far more than physical pain.

Today, Sam’s approach centres on high-quality massage therapy that meets patients where they are. Treatment may include movement, mindfulness, and education, or it may simply offer a safe, supportive space for the body to rest and reset. Each session is guided by the patient’s needs, goals, and lived experience.

Known for her thoughtful communication and attentive care, Sam looks beyond symptoms to consider patterns, stress, and the realities of everyday life. As both a therapist and clinic owner, she is committed to creating an environment where patients feel heard and supported, and where therapists are empowered to do meaningful, sustainable work aligned with shared values.

JORDAN MACQUARRIE

RMT, FRCms.

Jordan has been practicing massage therapy in the Belleville community since 2015 and is originally from Northwestern Ontario, near Thunder Bay.

Jordan believes that experience is often the best teacher, and that some of the most meaningful lessons come from life’s more challenging moments. Through personal experience with sport-related injuries from adolescence into adulthood, Jordan developed a deep understanding of how pain, both acute and chronic, can impact daily life. These experiences have shaped a compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a strong appreciation for how even simple tasks can become difficult when the body isn’t functioning well.

Using thorough assessment, skilled massage therapy, movement education, and a thoughtful dose of compassion, Jordan works to help patients reconnect with ease and find joy in the everyday moments that matter most. While practicing in Ottawa, Jordan gained experience across a variety of clinical settings and quickly learned that every individual brings a unique story that deserves an individualized and respectful approach.

Before treatment begins, Jordan takes time to understand each patient’s goals and expectations, working collaboratively to create a plan of care that feels supportive and realistic. Treatments may include a range of manual techniques to address pain and tension, the use of fascial tools such as cupping when appropriate or requested, and movement education to support progress beyond the treatment room. For those simply seeking a safe space to relax and de-stress, Jordan is equally committed to providing that care.

JENNIFER GRAVEL-BROULLIARD

RMT.

Jennifer, who often goes by Jenn, is a Registered Massage Therapist and a 2024 graduate of Loyalist College. While newer to clinical practice, her interest in massage therapy and helping people move well has been developing for many years.

Jenn’s path to massage therapy has been shaped by experience across several wellness-related fields, including mental health, esthetics, and working with children. These experiences have deepened her appreciation for the many ways physical discomfort, emotional stress, and life demands intersect. At the core of her work is a genuine desire to help people feel better, reduce pain, and regain a sense of balance in their bodies.

Known for her attentive listening and supportive approach, Jenn values empowering patients through hands-on care, movement, and education. With a blend of skilled massage therapy, or as she likes to say, “motion and lotion” , and compassion, she is committed to helping patients feel supported, heard, and on a path toward improved well-being.
