Samantha is an FRC mobility specialist and has ongoing education in mobility
coaching and programming. Mobility training is a safe and effective way to gain
functional flexibility, body control, and body awareness through active stretching
and strengthening. It is based on maintaining joint health and function, creating
usable range of motion and strength to promote optimal movement within your
specific goals or specific sport.
Whether you have only 5 minutes a day to spare or up to a full 60 minutes or
more, mobility will be a great addition to your daily life and exercise regime.
